Cattani’s comprehensive range comprises of single, 2-, 3- and 6-cylinder, twin, or triple head compressors, depending on the scale and performance that is required. Cattani compressor head assemblies have always included Teflon coated pistons and piston rings, meaning these components will not need to be replaced during their lifetime. The receivers are food quality Teflon coated inside and out for storage of clean dry air. Cattani uses the simplest drying system which incorporates a self-purging drying column, resulting in minimal maintenance.
Cattani’s Smart systems, which range in size and specification, are supplied with a 3-year warranty on all major components (terms and conditions apply). Stocked devices include the Micro Smart Single Surgery, the Turbo Jet 1 Single Surgery, the Turbo Smart 2-4 Surgery, and the Turbo Smart 2V 2-6 Surgery, the latter of which is the ideal first direct replacement for any wet-ring system. All amalgam separators are fully ISO11143 and Bautechnik compliant, with over 98% filtration across the complete range. Cattani Aria compressors are fully compliant with HTM. A full collection of tip supports, isolation valves, spittoon valves and hygiene consumables are available to complement the systems and maintain their performance.
