COVID-19 Statement
Dear valued Client and Partner,
Given the unprecedented situation in the UK regarding the COVID-19 virus, we felt it was important to reassure you that we are continuing to ensure, we remain operational and that our teams of Consultants, Technicians and Support Staff are working tirelessly to maintain service at this time, in every way possible.
We appreciate the difficulties you currently face with your patients concerns over cross infection and safety, we also understand that it is paramount to decrease or cease human contact at this time. We also appreciate that as a Dental Facility you operate in an environment where the prevention of the spread of a whole range of infections is woven into everything you do. Nevertheless, we like you are paying particular attention to the latest government guidance on the transmission of coronavirus.
New Service offering
During this time, we are offering an out of Hours Service for clients, which will mitigate the need to have too many people within your practice at any one time. We understand the responsibility we have to ensure we keep contact to the very minimal. With your assistance we can combat the ability the virus has to grow within the community and at the same time keep your facility operational.
Protocols
We will ask on arrival to be informed or guided by your own in-house policies. All our tools and any electronic items we bring into your facility will be disinfected between visits, as all our technicians are currently carrying disinfection wipes as well as being issued with personal PPE as standard. No written paper literature will be left in your facility as you are well aware, we operate a completely digital based engineering and service management program. Please forgive us if we don’t shake hands – but we are however happy to do the elbow bump – just ask!
Stock Holding and Deliveries
We currently have over £600,000.00 worth of stock in spare parts and new equipment, we took the steps at the outbreak of the current situation to bring together an increased level of components and New Equipment Packages as well as Radiography and Pan Oral Systems. that will hopefully see us through next few months. We can’t guarantee we are holding everything obviously, but we are well prepared. Deliveries from most suppliers in Europe are still arriving, they are just taking 3-4 days longer than normal as transportation is feeling the effect of increased demand.
