CONDITIONS OF SALE OF RPA DENTAL EQUIPMENT LLP
In these terms and conditions the customer means ‘any person/firm or company to whom RPA Dental agrees to provide goods or services’.
No binding contract shall be deemed to have been made with the customer until the order has been confirmed.
All and any business transacted and all or any service, advice information provided, whether freely or not by RPA Dental, shall be carried out subject to terms & conditions and exceptions shall apply in any agreement or contract made between RPA Dental and it’s customers. No variations, alterations of these terms, conditions & exceptions will have effect unless recorded in writing & signed by RPA Dental.
Prices are subject to value added tax at current rate.
Prices set out are correct at time of going to print but are subject to variations when necessary.
Payment of the invoice shall be made in full within 30 days of invoice date.
Payment terms for Capital Equipment are as follows;
“Cash” 60% deposit on order balance payable on completion.
“Lease/HP” payable on completion.
Any delivery time given by RPA Dental is intended as an estimate only and shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or expense should a delay in delivery occur.
If a customer cannot accept delivery of goods ordered, at the time of despatch, the customer may be liable to RPA Dental for the storage of said goods.
Ownership of the goods shall only pass to the customer when RPA Dental receives payment in full.
If RPA Dental adopts any changes or alterations in the construction or design of the goods or specification thereof, the customer shall accept the goods so altered in fulfilment of the order placed.
All agreements between the company and its customers shall be governed by English Law and within the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
RPA Dental will not be liable for any loss of profits, contracts or other consequential loss.
In the event of personal injury, damage to property the liability of RPA Dental shall not exceed the sum named on the acceptance of order.
The equipment products listed carry a one years manufacturers warranty from the date of installation, unless otherwise stated.
The warranty covers the replacement of parts where failure is proven to be the result of faulty manufacture.
The warranty does not include, bulbs, spare parts, parts made of glass, plastic, rubber, silicone etc. or when misuse is proven to lie with the end user.
Postal charge shall be levied to the customer where applicable, with the minimum charge being £2.25
Goods returned by the customer, because they have been incorrectly ordered, RPA Dental reserves the right to not accept the goods and/or levy a 40% handling charge.
When goods are manufactured to a customer’s requirement, payment must be made in full, RPA Dental reserves the right not to accept their return.
Parts returned for examination to RPA Dental are done so at the customer’s expense.
RPA Dental’s decision on all warranty claims shall be conclusive for all occasions.
Prices do not include the cost of connection of any equipment, unless otherwise stated.
All claims made for warranty purposes must be accompanied with a copy of the warranty form, which must be completed on installation.
