All our Technicians carry spare parts in accordance with Factory products. In order to fully satisfy our client’s needs and subsequently reduce surgery downtime, we provide a Loan Service on Micromotor (Castellini), 3 in 1 Syringe (Castellini), Suction Systems and Compressor’s.
Our Technician’s are in full contact with our Office Staff who are regularly trained and updated on all our equipment, thus ensuring freely available technical support, leading to fast efficient problem solving and pro-active maintenance.
We also offer cost effective Preventative Maintenance Contracts offering discount structures, and meeting the demands of today’s Clinicians who need less downtime and quicker responses to their engineering requirements.
